Is my penis too small to have sex??

Hi I'm really worried about having sex because I'm nearly 17 and am in late puberty so I haven't even got armpit hair yet but my voice has broke? I was wondering my penis is 5.4 inches long and 1.7 inches wide is this too small?
Oh yeh an I heard that it's better for girls if ur penis is wide is mine like in a word... Skinny?????
